DLCOMPREL: Get the compatibility relations between irreducible representations of the Double Layer Space Groups
DLCOMPREL provides the set of compatibility relations between representations (or physically irreducible representations in a real basis) of a given Double Layer Space Group and a pair of wave vevtors.
